Workforce Development Begins in the Classroom

“A large focus of the North Central Workforce Alliance of Ohio is on engaging the next generation. Programs like “Women in Hard Hats,” “Girls with Goggles,” and “Guys with Gloves” introduce students to diverse, non-traditional careers, and our Teacher Bootcamp helps educators align their curriculum with employer needs. The annual Career Fair and Summit connects students directly with businesses. In this way, we’re aiming to address every facet of a student’s educational experience to help our young people find their talent and place in developing our community’s future.”
